**Main responsibilities**:

- **
Support Oral Care TB & MW products to deliver SOM, NS and Margin objectives in Portugal**
- ** Monitor sell-out and competition activities to understand market, shopper insights, challenges and opportunities to drive growth**
- ** Develop business recommendations using analytics to break from complex problems to clear actions**
- ** Build, coordinate and implement 360 shopper plans together with HUB team for the assigned categories**
- ** Responsible for developing and implementing all OC national events**
- ** Develop and manage 5ps strategy working with cross functional team**
- ** Lead POP, displays & Trade Materials creation and management (design, coding, legal compliance, production)**
- ** Work closely with RE team and Sales team to understand Retailer priorities and develop actions**
- ** Responsible for championing and communicating strategy and segment activation plans to the local sales team**
- ** Responsible for promo management for the assigned categories**
- ** Partnering with the Hub marketing team**
- ** A&P Budget management**

**Here are some of the requirements we are looking for**:

- ** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing**
- ** Post graduate degree: preferred**
- ** Significant business experience gained within Retail Marketing, Brand Marketing or Customer Development in local team, HUB or division**
- ** Strong analytical skills and Nielsen database knowledge**
- ** Knowledge of P&L and financials reporting**
- ** Strong project management and agility to coordinate many project with many counterparts**
- ** Leadership to communicate and deliver powerful presentation to top management and sales team**
- ** Fluent in Portuguese and English is essential**
