**Vos missions**:

- Travailler sur l'amélioration continue pour la satisfaction des clients
- Suivi des commandes et plaintes
- La vente ajoutée est un plus

**Nous recherchons**:

- Passport Européen ou d'identité Européenne ou permis de travail pour le Portugal. _Je vous informe que sans l’un de ces deux documents, je suis dans l’incapacité de vous aider dans votre démarche de recherche d’emploi puisque ces documents sont essentiels à la mise en place d’un contrat de travail._
- **Natif ou maîtrisant le français (C2)**:

- **Maîtrise de l'anglais (B2)**:

- Expérience antérieure dans le service à la clientèle
- Fais preuve de patience en communiquant lors de la résolution de blocages
- Traites en toute confidentialité les données et informations personnelles
- Es proactif(ve), orienté(e) résultats, motivé(e) et capable de travailler en équipe
