**Restaurant Manager (M/F)**

**PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Entrevistar, selecionar, treinar, supervisionar, aconselhar e disciplinar a equipe do restaurante para a operação eficiente do estabelecimento.
- Organizar e conduzir reuniões pré-turno e departamentais, comunicar informações pertinentes à equipe, como as mudanças de menu. Programar e organizar a equipe para o trabalho.
- Interagir positivamente com os clientes. Resolver problemas de forma satisfatória para as partes envolvidas.
- Mover-se pelas áreas da sala e da cozinha para monitorizar visualmente e tomar medidas para garantir que a qualidade dos alimentos e os padrões de serviço sejam atendidos.
- Manter a rentabilidade do ponto de venda para apoiar a operação geral do hotel. Controlar custos (minimizando perdas e uso indevido).
- Desenvolver e implementar medidas de redução de custos e aumento de lucros.
- Agir em conformidade com os padrões de serviço estabelecidos é essencial para o bom desempenho desta posição.
- É necessária a participação em todas as sessões de formação e reuniões programadas.
- Assegurar o rigoroso cumprimento das normas de HACCP

**QUEM PROCURAMOS?**
- Experiência comprovada na gestão de Restaurantes - mínima 4 anos
- Deve ser capaz de falar, ler, escrever e compreender o (s) idioma (s) principal (Is) utilizado (s) no local de trabalho.
- Fluência em Inglês. Outros idiomas considerados uma mais-valia
- Requer boas habilidades de comunicação, tanto verbal quanto escrita.
- Capacidade de supervisionar funcionários subordinados, incluindo, entre outros, atribuição de funções, avaliação do serviço e tomada de medidas disciplinares quando necessário.
- Conhecimento de operações hoteleiras de alimentos e bebidas.
- Conhecimento de alimentos e bebidas alcoólicas.
- Deve possuir conhecimentos básicos de informática.
- São necessárias capacidades de análise orçamental para o cumprimento de metas financeiras.
- Conhecimento de técnicas de food service e controles de custos, como mão de obra, produtividade, custo de alimentação e outras despesas
- Bons conhecimentos do software Symphony - gerenciamento de restaurantes
