Daloop is a startup that is helping to reduce carbon emissions through the decarbonization of mobility since 2010. With our cloud-based software - **Mobility Change Platform**, we’ve been assisting organizations to transition away from combustion engines and supporting charging network operation and administration. **About **this** Role**

We are on the hunt for an amazing Head of Marketing at Daloop. This role will report to our CEO, Jane Hoffer, and will be responsible for creating and implementing our marketing strategy.

We are based in Porto, in sunny Portugal, with GMT office hours, but we are inclusive of remote work and your personal working hours can be based +/- 2 hours GMT.

**What you’ll do**
- Refine and execute the marketing strategy to establish Daloop as a category leader.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns through multiple channels that reach Daloop’s target customer, with powerful positioning that drives business growth.
- Build and run core marketing functions including Digital Marketing, Product marketing, Brands and Comms.
- Be a member of our executive team, participating in key decisions around strategy and company culture.
- Ceate and nurturing a highly effective feedback loop of understanding and coordination among Product, Sales and Marketing.
- Own messaging and our value proposition across channels, leveraging feedback from prospects in the sales funnel as well as existing customers
- Identify, hire and manage a team of high-performing specialists
- Foster a data-driven environment, owning the data and martech infrastructure to support an excellent marketing program
- Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
- You’ve built a marketing function from scratch (or close to it), and you’re eager to do that all over again with an incredibly fast-growing product
- Has developed and executed an inbound marketing strategy into a sales funnel that will feed our mid-market business.
- Ideally, you’ve also run an ABM motion because we sell into the enterprise too.
- Fluency with metrics relevant to both marketing and sales in B2B SaaS, and translating insights into action
- A “roll up your sleeves” mentality, initiative, and comfort with the process of doing a thing and then replacing yourself
- Strong people management, mentoring, coaching, and development experience
- Passion for what we’re building here at Daloop
