Join us**What role will you play?**
- Support the People Excellence team around the topic of strategic and operational workforce management and development at IT in the form of data analysis, project management, and creation of management presentations.
- Support the development of a workforce cockpit with your expertise.
- Independently lead smaller projects around workforce development.
- Support in stakeholder management, for example by planning, organizing, and implementing workshops and other appointments.
- You will be involved in strategic partnerships for the organization and will support topics such as up
- and reskilling of employees within the IT organization together with key internal and external experts.
- Together with our experts, you will develop training strategies and concepts with a focus on digital competencies (e.g., software development, IT/OT, edge, business engineering, data science, AI, etc.), which you will then implement operationally.
- You will provide support in project management and the creation of communication and learning measures for technology-related topics.

**We are looking for**:

- Studying a Bachelor/Master’s degree in business administration, business analytics, business psychology, technology management, or similar degree.
- High passion, positive energy, drive and can-do-attitude.
- Enjoy working with numbers and data and like to think analytically.
- Team player with high empathy, integrity, and strong collaboration skills.
- Are inquisitive, creative and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
- Like to proactively develop new concepts and solutions.
- Work independently, carefully and want to take on responsibility.
- Understanding of and passion for people and organizational development topics.
- Self-organized and proactive team player with a Growth Mindset and strong organizational and communication skills (English).
- German is a plus.
