The **IT & Continuous Improvement** area, within the **SME SEGMENT** Department, is recruiting a **Business Analyst.**
- Will be responsible for managing information on commissions and incentives for the entire SME area in Iberia;
- Responsible for SME management control, budget and P&L control;
- Elaborate the BU management presentations;
- Will report to the BU Director.
**What kind of profile are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Management;
- Availability for travel,
- Knowledge of excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI, SAS, R3 will be a plus;
- Teamwork, customer orientation, continuous process improvement, organization, communication with various stakeholders, flexibility;
- Ability to formulate a vision and strategic management;
- Strong results orientation and ability to meet deadlines;
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail and accuracy in execution;
- Communication skills, proactivity and team spirit.
