Customer Experience Coordinator

**Your mission**:
**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
- Dealing with inbound calls from existing and potential new patients (bookings, enquiries, making and scheduling appointments).
- Liaising with personnel regarding any issues/complaints/escalations cases.
- Keeping up to date on all treatments/products/promotions.
- Developing collaborative, positive working relationships with patients and internal teams.
- Aiding patients with any issues and escalating where appropriate.
- Being a primary contact for patient enquiries about SISU products and brand.
- Ability to communicate professionally, empathically, and concisely to patients.
- Supplying the ultimate in-patient experience.
**Your profile**:
- **
You will **have a minimum of 1/2 year’s customer service experience**.**:
- ** You have** the ability and willingness to work between the days of ; Monday to Friday 2.30pm - 23:00pm.
- ** You can** have the flexibility to cover occasional Saturdays to cover Annual leave
- ** You have** Fluent English in both written and verbal communication with excellent phone etiquette.
- ** You can** take on board new processes and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- ** You are** competent providing high-level patient support including sales orientation of products.
- ** You have** experience using helpdesk software and remote support tools.
- ** You can** provide clear and concise notes on patient files within the booking system.
- ** You are** a quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on the brand's history, product offerings and communication style.
- ** You have** a proactive personality and are self-motivated.
- ** You can** demonstrate high levels of initiative with the ability to multi-task and be detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- ** You are** proven to be organised, methodical and rigorous.
- ** You are** a team player able to develop great relations with co-workers
- ** You have** remote working experience and capabilities.
