**About the Role**:
This position will report to the Senior software engineer team leader and can be located in **Lisbon or Gothenburg **working hybrid. Essity is a leading global hygiene and healthcare company. **What You Will Do**:

- Provide day-to-day support for existing EDI solution
- Manage on-boarding of new trade partners in the role of a business analyst
- Support the teams ITIL processes handling incidents, service requests and demands
- Analyze the MIG of the customers to match with Essity processes
- Participate in international projects

**Who You Are**:

- Universal degree in computer science, management information systems or related discipline.
- Strong knowledgement of EDI standards (EDIFACT/EANCOM, ANSI, UBL, Tradacoms PEPPOL, eInvoicing )
- Knowledge of network communicate protocols, e.g. secure protocols such as AS2, HTTPS, SFTP
- Proven experience in setup for retail and public administration sector throughout Europe and US
- SAP IDOC handling and user exit understanding
- Proven overall knowledge of SAP sales processes (preferable O2C)
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
