**Role Overview**

**We are looking for**:
We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to join our team in a reporting and consolidating role. In this technical role, you will be responsible for implementing the financial governance required and accomplishing the agreed financials and projects, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and consolidating financial statements.

**We count on you for**:

- Responsible and own all of SG&A for C&R budget, actual and reporting
- Interface with dashboarding team
- Consolidate financial statements and ensure accuracy and completeness in accordance with IFRS, SAP knowledge, and Solvay internal rules.
- Provide expertise and guidance on standard costing, variances, P&L, price volume cost analysis, and cost accounting, and participate in financial planning and analysis activities.
- Develop and maintain a strong network and relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and transfer pricing policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize financial performance.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and analysis, challenge the status quo, and influence decision-making.
- Present and explain financial information to various levels of the organization in a clear and concise manner.
- Responsible and owns all monthly, quarterly, yearly reporting and templates for actuals and forecast

**You will bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience working in controlling roles in a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of SAP, IFRS, and Solvay internal rules.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team.
