Com o propósito de darmos continuidade ao nosso crescimento, pretendemos reforçar a nossa equipa com um Supervisor de Logística (M/F), para o nosso Campus, na Trofa, onde contamos com um armazém automatizado e um processo logístico diferenciado. Será responsável pela Supervisão do 2º turno da nosso departamento logístico.

**Horário**: 2f a 6f, entre as 14h30 e as 23h (2º turno)

**No teu dia-a-dia desempenharás funções como**:

- Coordenar o trabalho da equipa em função das necessidades, fazendo a alocação dos recursos a cada uma das secções de acordo com o volume de trabalho;
- Supervisionar a realização das tarefas diárias como reposição, distribuição ou conferência de mercadoria;
- Assegurar o cumprimento dos prazos de entrega, definidos a nível nacional e internacional, assegurando os objetivos de qualidade;
- Supervisionar a correta utilização e manuseamento dos equipamentos e das instalações da logística (organização, limpeza);
- Monitorizar os indicadores de performance;

- Formação Superior nas área de Logística, Gestão ou similar (preferencial)
- Experiência prévia na função (eliminatório)
- Valorizamos experiência com armazéns automatizados;
- Capacidade de planeamento e organização;
- Capacidade de liderança e desenvolvimento de equipas;
- Sentido critico e capacidade de análise;
- Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e gosto pelo trabalho em equipa;
