Overview

The Data & Services (D&S) Strategy Acceleration team is looking for a Manager (R&C focus) to drive our strategic direction and growth priorities with a focus on Retail & Commerce (R&C). It is expected that s/he will be working closely with many team members within our five regions across the globe, the Data & Services group, the Cyber & Intelligence (C&I) Solution group, and beyond.

Role
- Lead Project Management for Retail & Commerce strategic initiatives
- Conduct data-driven analysis on current and potential D&S businesses/offerings, including economic analysis, strategic "tailwind" and "headwind" identification, competitive analysis/benchmarking, and business case creation
- Partner with a diverse set of stakeholders across the organization to solicit ideas, conduct thought-provoking analysis, and generate buy-in to proposed directions
- Derive insights and recommendations based on data and fact-base
- Come up to speed quickly on a wide range of topics
- Manage multiple projects efficiently prioritizing and completing highest impact activities quickly and pushing back on work that should be done elsewhere in the organization.
- Drive action, synthesizing findings into specific initiatives with clear ownership, governance, and tracking

All About You
- 5+ years business experience ideally with consulting experience at a top-tier firm
- MBA or relevant post-graduate degree required
- Experience in strategy development and execution, project management, executive communication, data analytics, benchmarking, and financial / business case modelling
- Knowledge of payments, R&C and our Mastercard/D&S business is preferred but not required
- Experience driving strategic efforts to impact business decisions
- Have ability to influence and lead others by example through strong leadership, communication, consensus building and interpersonal skills
- Can facilitate decision making with senior executives driving difficult conversations for productive outcomes
- Self-driven with high ownership and discipline to ensure progress on track
- Can drive multiple projects with multiple teams concurrently
