**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. **Case study**: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

**Job description**:
Intégré au sein de la direction commerciale et en collaboration avec les équipes marketing, vous aurez en charge la création et le pilotage de l’Accélérateur, entité innovante qui a vocation à accélérer 3 axes stratégiques commerciaux d’AMARIS. Ces responsabilités s’articulent autour de 3 grands programmes:

- Account Scale-Up
- Excellence Center Start-Up
- Future of Business

L’accélérateur sera aussi le laboratoire d'innovation de notre approche commerciale (growth marketing, outillage, propositions de valeurs, etc ).

**RESPONSABILITES**

En tant que Manager de l’accélérateur, vous aurez pour responsabilité d’assurer le lancement et le succès des 3 programmes:

- Account Scale-Up : Maximiser l’adressage et la performance des Key Account français. Honorer les contrats commerciaux majeurs en assurant notamment l’identification de solutions aux sollicitations clients.
- Excellence Center Start-Up : Développer l’activité pour nos centres d’excellence en générant un maximum d’opportunités en lien avec les expertises adressées
- Future of Business : Identifier et conquérir les futurs potentiels de croissance (SMB market, Start-up en développement, etc )

Vous aurez donc en responsabilité:

- D’initialiser l’accélérateur en recrutant une équipe commerciale dédiée (cible : 15 personnes)
- Animer l’équipe pour atteindre les objectifs
- Définir les indicateurs de mesures clés de performance (Funnel, P&L, taux de transformation, qualité, etc )
- Assurer le bon rythme et la performance des équipes
- Implémenter une stratégie de Growth Marketing
- Porter et délivrer les plans d’actions sous-jacents à la stratégie

**COMPETENCES & EXPERIENCE NECESSAIRES**
- Une expérience réussie dans le pilotage d’activité commerciale et du recrutement
- Une grande curiosité et passion pour le marketing: capacité à se documenter et récolter les meilleures pratiques du marché pour innover sur les approches commerciales
- Un niveau de rédaction et positionnement en lien avec les interactions induites par ce type de poste (cible de C-Level, décisionnaires clés et comités achat)
- Un sens de l’impact et une capacité à être orienté résultat
- Un esprit d’entrepreneur
- Un goût pour le travail en équipe
- Une expérience passée autour des activités de growth marketing serait un plus significatif

**LOCALISATION & LANGUES**

Le poste est basé au sein de la nouvelle Silicon Valley européenne **:Lisbonne, Portugal.**

Il n’est pas obligatoire de parler portugais pour cette expérience. Les clients adressés seront dans un premier temps en France. Il est donc nécessaire de parler français et anglais.
