We have a global presence, but our headquarters, and the main technical center, are in Porto (Maia), Portugal, where we develop a state-of-the-art solution for Semiconductor, Electronics, Medical Devices, and other Discrete industries.Recognized for the third consecutive year as a Leader by Gartner, we are part of ASMPT, the world's largest supplier of best-in-class equipment, and technological process partner for the electronics and semiconductor industries.The role:We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team, to become responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers, while actively working to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and deliver a positive customer experience.What you'll do:Develop and implement customer relationship management strategiesBe the Customer main point of contact for business related topicsMaintain assigned accounts and provide ongoing Customer sales supportWork cooperatively with the Sales Region ManagerElaborate Commercial proposals in alignment with available corporate processesPerform adequate Customer updates through the existing CRM, including Customer short- and long-term forecasts. Report on the status of accounts and transactionsMonitor sales performance metrics and proactively communicate concerns and suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunitiesEnsure adequate follow up of Customer requests and escalations, by involving the adequate stakeholdersEnsure seamless transition from Customer Orders (won deals) to Engineering Operations (project execution)Act as delegated Steering Committee member for existing customer projectsWhat you must have:Experience in manufacturing software sales and account managementAbility to work in multicultural environmentsAbility to manage multiple accounts in multiple market segmentsPreferred Experience using a CRM system such as MS DynamicsAbility to work independentlyExcellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service orientedExcellent English skills (Native or Proficiency level) – spoken and writtenAvailability to travelWhat we consider a plus (not mandatory):Experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems#J-18808-Ljbffr
