**Job Description**:
**Team presentation and main goal**:
The Compliance area ensures the business follows external as well as internal rules and policies, and also internal controls, protecting therefore business activities and employees from non-compliance risks.

At Natixis Portugal, Compliance provides specialized services for worldwide GFS and Groupe BPCE. This position will sit in the Risk & Data Analysis Team within Compliance and it will report directly to Natixis Portugal Head of Compliance.

**Main tasks and goals**:
We are looking for a Non-Financial **Risk Data Analyst** whose role involves interacting with a wide group of internal stakeholders (Compliance Controls, Compliance Advisory, IT Compliance and Compliance Reporting teams) to enhance the CIB **Compliance risk management framework**, with involvement in the following key processes and activities, including but not limited to:

- Assisting in **supporting data analytics activities** across CIB Compliance division.
- Supporting CIB Compliance Leadership team in leveraging **analytic techniques and leveraging visualization tools**.
- Collaborating with the CIB Compliance advisory and leadership teams to develop and deliver clear, concise, and insightful regulatory compliance reports/analysis to the CIB’s Management Committee members, CIB Global Business Heads and Regulators.
- Collaborating with Natixis Head Office and Regional stakeholders on the development/enhancement of CIB Compliance Management Information **reports** and development of KPI/KRI **metrics to measure compliance risks**, ensure the deployment of an effective and risk focused compliance control framework and to provide clear insight into the severity of risks and how effectively they are being managed and develop additional metrics to enhance the risks measured by the Firm’s risk appetite
- Participating in the **design and implementation of Risk Strategy and Management framework** to ensure that effective compliance programmes/frameworks are deployed across the CIB division.
- ** Knowledge of Compliance processes in a financial institution to improve CIB Compliance Governance in the Natixis department.**:

- Collecting information to **support the production of reports/presentations** to be provided to Natixis CCO and Co-Heads of CIB and Global Heads of CIB Business Lines on a monthly/quarterly basis and various governance and oversight commits (Compliance Committees, Control and Risk Committee and regulators).
- Working with various regional and Head Office stakeholders to develop/track the annual CIB Compliance plan (advisory, training and controls).
- Establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving processes, procedures and standards governing the creation, distribution and management of Compliance Reporting provided to Senior Management and Committees.
- Developing and enhance systems to efficiently manage workflow for Compliance Reporting activities and special projects as well as contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of the repository of data elements used in ongoing Compliance reporting to various audiences.

**Qualifications**:
You need a proactive personality, that can align a strong experience with good communication and interpersonal skills for an effective way problem-solving. You should demonstrate flexibility and willingness to accept new assignments and challenges in a rapidly changing environment. You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- 1 to 3 years of experience of Regulatory and compliance and/or** audit/consulting **experience;
- Experience in reviewing diverse **data, writing analyses and commentary**.
- Proven problem-solving, root cause identification and decision-making skills to rapidly assess complex situations and provide direction with options on how to address the situation and excellent execution skills with the ability to work successfully under demanding deadlines.
