- BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as an Intern at our new production plant in Viana, Portugal.
A BorgWarner PDS Viana encontra-se a lançar uma fábrica nova para produtos diferentes a serem aplicados em carros eléctricos. O produto referente a este projecto é um inverter, que converte a corrente DC da bateria para corrente AC para gerar movimento. Sendo um produto com uma quantidade significativa de componentes associados, uma etapa chave no processo de manufactura é assemblagem SMT (Surface Mount Technology). Esta é uma tecnologia de ponta para assemblagem de sensores (chips) numa board a alta cadência. Requer precisão e um controlo automatizado para verificar correcta assemblagem de componentes. Sendo um processo crítico, será necessário estudar aprofundamente as causas de falhas, rejeições e perdas de produção afim de suportar ramp-up de produção para veículos eléctricos.
Key Accountabilities:
- Apoiar o seguimento e realização das actividades de manutenção preventiva de edificio com a devida Supervisão.- Melhoria continua das actividade de gestão do edificio.
Education & Experience:
- Formação na área de manutenção industrial ou similar- Conhecimentos de Inglês- Boa capacidade comunicativa- Capacidade de trabalho em equipa
