KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Coordinates and expedites flow of materials between sections or departments
- Inform and react in time if the production plan is in risk at any time (new plan, scaling the item internally )
- Establish contact with customers to exchange information on the status of orders, delivery times, delivery performance and develop an improvement plan
- Stock controlling/-optimization within the area of responsibility
- Scope of position is defined by relative problem solving and the relation to the overall assignment or project

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor Degree (mandatory)
- SAP software skills (preferred)
- Professional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills required
- Proficiency level Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Good English language skills (spoken and written)
- Eligibility for a professional Internship by Portuguese law
