- BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as a Professional Intern for Recruitment at our new production plant in Viana, Portugal.
- Key Accountabilities:
- Develop recruitment strategies together with HR Business Partners Team
- Screen and interview applicants for competency with the job requirements
- Support the onboarding of the new associates in the company
- Actively participate in the employer branding initiatives, such as job fairs
- Develop a culture characterized by good professional ethics and involvement in the process among employees in all areas
- Comply with environmental, health and safety, quality and productivity standards
- Comply with the organization's rules and internal regulations: Code of Ethics, practice and working period
- Respect workplace safety and cleanliness rules
- Perform other tasks not included in the activity for which they were hired, when the needs or convenience of service so warrant, for the period of time necessary for the aforementioned needs or convenience of service
- Education & Experience:
- Academic degree on Social Sciences areas, Management, or similar;
- Experience in Recruitment in Industry profiles (Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance )
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English (mandatory - written and spoken)
- Organizational skills
- Analytical skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
