BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as an **HR Professional Internship - Training **at our new production plant in Viana, Portugal.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Develop Matrix skills by functional areas
- Develop a concept of Operators Certification
- Support on training needs identification for all plant
- Support on Implementation of Training Management IT System
- Support on training registration and organization

**Education & Experience**
- Master’s degree in business administration, psychology or equivalent with focus on HR Management or Personnel / organizational Management requireD
- Position is for Graduates at latest 9 months after graduation
- 1 years related work experience is a plus
- Excellent MS Office knowledge - particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent Portuguese and English language skills
