In the heart of Lisbon, our teams design innovative technologies by developing an Android Apps Market for major car manufacturers and offer the end customer an intuitive connectivity experience.

We are looking for a HR Manager willing to take up with us one of the greatest challenges in the automotive industry

**What you’ll do**:

- Develop and implement the strategy for all aspects of human resources including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance with employment laws.
- Serve as a business partner to leadership, providing coaching and guidance on people-related issues
- Oversee the development and implementation of programs designed to engage employees and build a positive culture.
- Conduct regular audits of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in human resources and make recommendations to senior management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on various topics related to human resources
- Listening to Faurecia Aptoide people, showing understanding, empathy and supporting them through HR related topics.
- Developing and coaching employees, being experienced in HR Business Partnering.
- Establishing a two-way information flow to ensure employees awareness on HR policies, also providing input on business needs, providing managers with HR tools and practices for managing all HR-related processes.
- Advising managers and employees on career development, supporting the deployment and integration of people development/assessment, remuneration and talent management processes, supporting the team and individual feedback reviews.
- Support and manage Learning & Development initiatives.
- Translating business objectives into robust recruiting strategies and routes to market.
- Ensure HR Operations Tasks including but not limited to Contracts Management, Benefits Management and Payroll Management.
- Effectively manage HR related tools (ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn, L&D Platforms).

**Requirements**:
**Essential**
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human resources, business administration, or related field
- 3+ years experience in human resources management, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective human resources programs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically

**Optional**
- Previous experience working in a startup environment
- Experience with employee relations, benefits administration, and workers’ compensation
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Tools.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- PHR or SPHR certification
