We are looking for a talented and accomplished **Human Resources Generalist** to join our team.

As a **HR Generalist**, your daily responsibilities will include:

- Support the HR Manager in providing a high quality and proactive service to both internal and external customers
- Meet both corporate and statutory requirements, encompassing all aspects of resourcing, employee relations, employee development and reward, and adding value in support of the Company’s business objectives
- Provide advice and guidance to the site leadership team on best practice in human resources management and compliance with employment legislation, and internal security and audit procedures
- Work closely with the site team, in the development of a performance driven culture, which encourages individual ownership of results and associate development
- Support the HR Manager in ensuring that the company remains fully compliant with changes to employment law and practices, and that these practices are implemented consistently
- Support the HR Manager in implementing appropriate actions to raise associate satisfaction levels
- Ensuring attendance and attrition is effectively managed and reviewed at site level, with remedial actions taken where necessary
- To contribute fully to the business planning process and ensure Human Resources Strategy is aligned to business goals
- Support the HR Manager in the effective management of Health and Safety issues at site

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

- Advanced level of **English** (at least C1) both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation
- Passion about HR methods
- Good understanding and experience with HR tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills
- Assertive with a can-do attitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations
- Ability to work with staff at all levels
- Ability to support change initiatives
- Knowledge of and experience in the contact center industry (not mandatory)
- **Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal**:
**Education and experience.**
- College degree in HR Management, Organisational Psychology or a relevant field
- Proven experience in Human Resources at least for the past year
- Customer Support Industry experience will be a plus
