**THE ROLE**

The Legal Analyst role is part of the Finance Department, inserted in our Legal team, in our Lisbon headquarters. The team operates in a fast-paced, dynamic and digital environment, providing the best legal support across all departments of the company.

As a Legal Analyst you can expect a full-time paid internship for 12 months and by the end of the internship, top performers will have the opportunity to continue their career adventure with us with a non-term contract.

**WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?**
- Legal Research: Conduct legal research and analysis on various topics relevant to the travel industry, including regulatory compliance, contract law, intellectual property, and data protection in the following markets: North America, Europe, and Oceania.
- Documentation: Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and editing of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Support Legal Team: Provide general administrative support to the legal department, including managing files, organising documents, and maintaining databases.
- Contract Management: Assist in the management and maintenance of contract templates, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
- Compliance: Help monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across different business functions.
- Legal Support: Collaborate with the legal team to provide advice and support to various departments within the company, such as operations, marketing, and finance.
- Legal Projects: Contribute to ad-hoc legal projects and initiatives as assigned by the legal department.
- Data Privacy Management in HR: Ensure the protection and privacy of employee data in accordance with relevant data protection laws and regulations.
- Customer Complaint Management: Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints to enhance customer satisfaction and improve the quality of products or services.
- Debt Collection Research and Management: Conduct research and analysis related to debt collection processes and manage debt recovery activities in a compliant manner.
- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Degree in Law, Corporate Law or Business and Law (mandatory).
- Up to 1 of experience as a legal analyst or in-house legal counsel.
- Knowledge of travel industry regulations, digital regulations, international tax is a plus.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret legal documents.
- Thorough knowledge of databases and tracking systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team..
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and in conflict situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.
- Detail oriented, outstanding communication and organisational skills, business oriented.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations;
- You are motivated by taking ownership of your projects;
- Fluency in English is mandatory, other languages are a plus
