Collection Specialist

To support our Collections team, we’re looking for a motivated, proactive and skilled **Collections Specialist** to integrate a fantastic team that is changing the hospitality industry, producing high-quality documentation, among other tasks.

**Job Description**:

- Identifying and monitoring account receivables
- Managing disputes related to payments, invoices and contract management
- Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity
- Co-working with Billing, account management and Sales Team
- Carry out other administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Work experience in positions related with customer support engagement
- Problem solving attitude & willing to go further
- Positive adaptation to a fast-changing environment
- Ability to work independently after training
- Ability to report on a remote basis if necessary
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Fluent in English, other European languages is a plus
- Availability to start immediately
