**About the job**
- Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Trainee will contribute to the ramp-up of the local platform and aim to provide an excellent employee experience to all Porto based teams

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Support local recruitment activities, namely by posting job advertisements, conducting phone screenings and scheduling interviews
- Support employee onboarding activities, liaising with other HR teams and with URBO’s proximity teams in order to support new joiners and employees in mobility to Porto, ensuring a smooth onboarding and/or mobility experience
- Support the organization of learning & development activities in Porto, working closely with the L&D Support team and the Facilities proximity team
- Support the implementation of HR policies, processes and tools, according to the strategy defined by the Group and the Territory HR
- Provide advice to employees on HR queries and procedures, forwarding them to the proper channel and/or tool
- Collaborate with the local Facilities team in order to contribute to employee wellness and workplace health & safety

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Degree in Human Resources or related field (Organizational Psychology or Social Sciences)
- Up to 1 year in a similar role in a HR department or consultancy firm (max.)
- Fully fluent in English
- IT literacy: Proficient in MS Office Excel (as a plus)
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and analytical ability.

**About the Team**
- Leveraging on centralized HR domestic teams and working closely with them, the HR Porto team provides consultation to management and employees on a broad scope of HR topics.
