**About the Institution**:
One of the leading business schools in Portugal is a leading institution of higher education committed to fostering innovation, academic excellence, and digital transformation. As part of our ongoing efforts to leverage technology and data-driven solutions, we are seeking a talented and experienced CRM Specialists to join our IT Digital Transformation team.

As a CRM Specialist and Technical Leader, you will lead the technical aspects of our CRM implementation project, which also encompasses the functions of an academic information system. Leveraging your expertise on CRM, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration that enhances efficiency, effectiveness, and academic operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Lead the technical aspects of configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet the specific needs of Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, and the Academic Information System.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather functional and technical requirements and implement CRM and academic system solutions.

3. Support the procurement process of the implementation phases.

4. Provide technical guidance, and train key users and team members.

5. Analyze data, track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.

6. Manage and maintain CRM and academic data integrity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM, academic information systems, and the selected CRM Solution.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

2. Proven experience (4+ years) as a CRM Specialist, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

3. Knowledge of Sales, Customer Care, and Academic Information System processes and best practices.

4. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365, including workflows, dashboards, and reports.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders both in English and Portuguese (Portugal).

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

8. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is a plus.
