**Let's start with the role**

**Responsibilities**
- Execute the New Markets' CRM strategies to engage & retain our customer base;
- Compile and distribute up-to-date reporting on ongoing and completed campaigns measuring all relevant KPIs;
- Manage customer contact and delivery KPIs and support the strategy to maximize customer engagement;
- Work closely with the CRM Strategy team to effectively design & implement CRM campaigns, including retention, reactivation and ad-hoc promotional activities;
- Conduct testing, review and analysis of all CRM activities to ensure optimal results.

**Requirements**:

- University degree, preferably in the areas of Business Administration and Marketing
- Proven CRM experience, particularly in online marketing & automated CRM practices
- Adept at creating and implementing CRM campaigns across different channels of communication
- Online gaming knowledge will be considered an advantage
- Fluency in verbal and written communication in English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Team player with great interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical & numerical skills, attention to detail, customer focus
