Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled CRM Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, focusing on the Brazilian market. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for executing a communications and promotions plan that caters to the interests of Brazilian brands, reflecting local culture and sports/gaming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with other team members to discuss and create monthly marketing plans for all products (Sports and Casino).
- Execute communication strategies aligned with the CRM Marketing plan and key performance indicators.
- Execute multi-channel short-term and long-term promotions.
- Analyze campaign results (conversion, costs, uplift, etc.), focusing on effectiveness improvements.
- Create and implement content in web, email, direct messages, and other channels.
- Work directly with internal parties to implement the marketing plan (content, designers, etc.).
- Utilize multiple tools for executing campaigns.
- Report directly to the local team leader.
Requirements:
- Native Brazilian with fluent English.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in CRM or a related field, including a proven track record of campaign optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Proactive in managing own workload and delivering results.
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce and Optimove.
- Online sports betting and gaming experience.
