Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled CRM Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, focusing on the Brazilian market. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for executing a communications and promotions plan that caters to the interests of Brazilian brands, reflecting local culture and sports/gaming.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with other team members to discuss and create monthly marketing plans for all products (Sports and Casino).
  2. Execute communication strategies aligned with the CRM Marketing plan and key performance indicators.
  3. Execute multi-channel short-term and long-term promotions.
  4. Analyze campaign results (conversion, costs, uplift, etc.), focusing on effectiveness improvements.
  5. Create and implement content in web, email, direct messages, and other channels.
  6. Work directly with internal parties to implement the marketing plan (content, designers, etc.).
  7. Utilize multiple tools for executing campaigns.
  8. Report directly to the local team leader.

Requirements:

  • Native Brazilian with fluent English.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in CRM or a related field, including a proven track record of campaign optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Proactive in managing own workload and delivering results.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce and Optimove.
  • Online sports betting and gaming experience.
