With over one million nights rented through our platform, we've welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. Our expanding array of road trip possibilities includes short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales.
The Role
As our CRM & Referral Specialist, you'll implement and maintain CRM and Referral strategies to increase customer conversion, retention, loyalty, and revenue. You'll manage customer data, analyze behavior and engagement, and optimize customer communications across channels.
Your Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product Marketing to scope CRM campaign needs linked to business development workstreams.
- Build content and audiences for broadcast and targeted emails;
- Ensure all email campaigns are accurate, tested, and deployed on time;
- Monitor email deliverability and flag any issues as soon as they occur;
- Use a test and learn methodology across all communications to learn more about our customers and become incrementally more effective;
- Monitor campaign performance, report on results, and incorporate successes into future activity;
- Build new customer journeys, combining learnings to date and new ideas to deliver on KPIs;
- Optimize existing customer communications to increase conversion rates and improve customer experience and loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the Referral Program, ensuring it aligns with overall business objectives and attracts high-quality referrals.
- Monitor and analyze referral data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and recommend improvements to maximize engagement, conversion rates, and revenue.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CRM Marketing, ideally with Referral Programs experience;
- Experience in e-commerce businesses with repeat purchase behavior and/or seasonally orientated;
- Comfortable with using CRM marketing platforms to build and deploy campaigns;
- Able to build and amend email templates using drag-and-drop, HTML, dynamic content, and personalization;
- Experience with building segments and campaigns within marketing automation software, ideally Ortto;
- Strong data-driven and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, generate insights, and drive data-informed decisions to optimize CRM and referral program performance;
- Knowledge of data and regulations connected to data usage;
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
