Business Development CRM Specialist

We are a dynamic and innovative organization seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with various teams within the company to identify challenges, develop solutions, and streamline processes to enhance overall efficiency.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and technical skills in all aspects of the role. We offer a competitive salary package, which includes an estimated annual salary of $85,000 based on industry standards and market rates.
Job DescriptionThe CRM Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for all CRM-related inquiries and support requests. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their unique challenges and requirements related to CRM usage.
The ideal candidate will analyze existing CRM processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. They will develop and implement solutions to address CRM-related issues and enhance system functionality.
Responsibilities include providing training and support to users to ensure effective utilization of the CRM platform, monitoring CRM data quality and integrity, and staying updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in CRM technology.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into CRM solutions.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with fluent English language proficiency and 1-2 years of proven experience working with CRM systems, preferably with expertise in HubSpot.
