As a Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant, you'll be integral in building software, creating applications from scratch, configuring existing systems, and providing user support.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Designing solutions for business requirements and improving client processes;
- Preparing functional specification documentation;
- Analyzing business processes and requirements;
- Customizing and configuring D365 solutions;
- FOLLOWING AND SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM TO IMPLEMENT THE DESIGNED SOLUTION;
- Testing solutions developed to ensure the solution designed with the customer is implemented;
- Testing and training documentation about the designed solution;
- Implementing improvements to internal processes and new functional methodologies;
- Contributing to continuous improvement.
You must have:
- Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or similar;
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar functions;
- Solid knowledge in several modules of Dynamics CRM platform;
- Experience in customizing the Dynamics CRM platform - attributes, views, forms;
- Fluency in English.
