At Multipessoal, we're seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to spearhead our sales efforts in the heating industry. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary based on experience and the chance to join a well-established multinational company.

We're looking for an ambitious sales professional with a proven track record of business development success. As a Business Growth Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting cold calling and setting up meetings with potential clients
  • Developing relationships with architects, designers, and corporate accounts to drive sales
  • Tracking all client interactions in CRM systems
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base
  • Providing product presentations and sales proposals to potential clients

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, with a proven track record of business development success
  • Fluency in English and one of the following: German, French, Spanish, or Dutch
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
  • Excellent cold calling and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • A self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven attitude
