We are seeking a driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Clan By Multipessoal in Lisboa, Portugal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business success through cold calling, lead generation, and relationship-building with architects, designers, and corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals;
  • Conduct cold calling and set up meetings with potential clients;
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to drive sales;
  • Track all client interactions in CRM systems;
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base;
  • Provide product presentations and sales proposals to potential clients;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal service;
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, with a proven track record of business development success;
  • Fluency in English and one of the following: German, French, Spanish, or Dutch;
  • Proficiency in CRM systems;
  • Excellent cold calling and presentation skills;
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities;
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive and goal-driven attitude;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits and Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a collaborative work environment.
