As a key member of our Distribution Management Team, you will be responsible for managing the Red Bull business with assigned Distribution Partners (Wholesalers and C&C) and driving growth through strategic initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement sales, distribution, and execution targets for Distribution Partners based on business objectives and monitor progress regularly
- Conduct regular trade visits with Distribution Partner Field teams to coach sales teams and unlock opportunities
- Analyze market data to identify gaps or opportunities in Wholesale distribution and develop strategies to address them
- Work closely with internal sales teams to secure alignment of sales goals and execute agreed targets
**Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Relevant experience in FMCG business with a focus on sales and distribution
- Strong analytical, planning, and financial skills
- A clear understanding of markets, sales, and distribution, as well as competitor activity and consumer behavior
- Effective negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Business, Management, Commercial)
