About the Role

As a Distribution Partner Growth Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Distribution Management Team. Your primary objective will be to effectively manage and represent the Red Bull business with assigned Distribution Partners (Wholesalers and C&C), driving growth, executing strategic initiatives, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with our company strategy and priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Drive horizontal and vertical growth in the FMCG distribution landscape.
  • Utilize strong analytical, planning, and financial skills to inform decision-making.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of markets, sales, and distribution dynamics, competitor activity, and consumer behavior in the FMCG sector.
  • Develop effective negotiation and communication skills to foster strong relationships with partners.
Requirements

We are seeking candidates with relevant experience in sales teams focused on distribution. A strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is required. Additionally, a valid driving license is essential for this role.

Location

This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this role is between €40,000 and €60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
