Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Partner Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Red Bull's business with assigned distribution partners, driving growth, and tracking key performance indicators.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales teams, with a focus on distribution (horizontal/vertical growth). They will possess excellent analytical, planning, and financial skills, as well as a clear understanding of markets, sales, and distribution, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales, distribution, execution targets to DPs based on business targets and follow up regularly
  • Regular trade visits with DP field teams to coach DP sales teams and unlock distribution and execution opportunities
  • Analyze regional opportunities, take action, and implement as needed
  • Implement systems to track and benchmark DPs against key initiatives/goals
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant experience in FMCG business in sales teams with a clear focus on distribution (horizontal/vertical growth)
  • Strong analytical, planning, and financial skills
  • A clear understanding of markets, sales, and distribution, competitor activity, and consumer behavior in FMCG
  • Effective negotiation and communication skills
  • Driving license
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Bachelor Degree in Relevant field (Business, Management, Commercial)
