Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Key Account Specialist to join our Impulse Channel team. As a Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and sales in the impulse channel. This includes:
- Negotiating national agreements with key customers to secure pricing conditions, assortments, and promotional activities
- Elaborating and implementing the Impulse channel strategy across sub-channels (Gas Stations, Specialty Retailer, Convenience Retail)
- Growing existing customers and acquiring new ones to increase Red Bull distribution
- Ensuring commercial compliance and strategy alignment with Red Bull Portugal's goals
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5-6 years of commercial experience in a consumer goods company, ideally in field sales or key account management
- Good knowledge and/or strong affinity with the Impulse/Out-of-Home world
- Salesperson skills, including good listening, adaptation, and prospecting abilities
- Strong analytical skills to understand market dynamics and levers impacting Red Bull sales
- Fluent English language skills
