Sales Growth Specialist in Barcelona

Your role as Sales Growth Specialist in our Barcelona office will be pivotal in driving sustained growth and exceeding KPIs.
As a key member of our team, you will provide expert assistance to clients and partners, employing a consultative approach to account management.
You will develop the business environment for sustained growth on the account, creating and maintaining relationships to preserve long-term perceivability of techniques, strategies, and competitor's movements.
Achieving this will require research into new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts, focusing on driving benefit through proactive administration.
You will track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline, responding to client or partner calls and providing solutions.
In addition, you will consistently achieve and exceed KPIs by being achievement and goal-oriented, attentive, comfortable, and skilled at communicating with people.
The ideal candidate will possess native level Dutch/Flemish and good English skills, along with previous experience in B2B Sales and working with channel.
We are looking for energetic, innovative, and proactive individuals who work well at a fast pace, with excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to live in or relocate to Barcelona for an international career and life experience.
We offer a full-time contract with 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, a competitive salary of €21,000 gross/year, up to €3,000 gross/year in bonus, relocation package, lots of discounts with our partners, free after-work activities, open-minded employee-oriented working environment, career development opportunities, and a modern office located in one of the most charming areas of Barcelona.
