Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our services
  • Create, maintain, and update comprehensive databases of customers with detailed information
  • Consolidate existing customer bases while building new ones
  • Record and analyze call history and customer responses
  • Ensure timely follow-up with customers
  • Monitor competitors' products or services and develop effective selling strategies
  • Handle customer needs and requirements effectively
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues

Requirements:

  • Native proficiency in French and fluent English
  • Previous sales experience
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Strong business communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills

What We Offer:

  • Full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday)

  • Competitive salary: €22,950 gross/year
