We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our global BD team, you will play a critical role in driving sales opportunities and contributing to the company's growth.

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing territory and account strategies to create meaningful outreach and engaging decision-makers across multiple channels. This role requires strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English, as well as expertise in connecting and engaging customers through various sales methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to delivering sales opportunities and qualified pipeline contribution through innovative outbound and inbound prospecting methods.
  • Develop territory and account strategies to create meaningful outreach and engage decision-makers.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Industry Leadership, and Business Development Peers to focus, learn, adapt, and evolve.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of your target market and provide valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of business development/lead generation/sales experience in SaaS or Tech.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Expertise in connecting and engaging decision-makers across multiple channels.
  • Customer-centric with a performance-driven mindset.
  • Thirst to learn and challenge yourself – Business Development is not an easy ride.
  • Proactive and self-reliant, taking initiative in actions.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of the sales / discovery / qualification process.
