Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our Sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to establish new business relationships with potential clients and maintain existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up meetings with potential clients to discuss business opportunities
  • Follow up with leads to convert them into customers
  • Perform cold calling to schedule appointments with new businesses
  • Stay updated on the company's products and services
  • Provide support to customers by answering their queries and advising them on product purchases
  • Attend conferences and workshops to enhance your skills
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain a database of potential customers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Sales as a Business Development Executive or similar role
  • Familiarity with sales processes and techniques
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software like Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

Estimated Salary: ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
