At Unit4, we're pushing the boundaries of enterprise software to deliver a better people experience. As an Enterprise Growth Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving business development and sales opportunities for our Norwegian region and beyond.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with 1+ year of business development/lead generation/sales experience. SaaS or Tech experience is advantageous. You'll be responsible for delivering clear value through innovative outbound and inbound prospecting methods, developing territory and account strategies, and collaborating with our Sales, Marketing, Industry Leadership, and BDR Peers.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of business development/lead generation/sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Norwegian.
  • Expertise in connecting and engaging decision-makers across multiple channels.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a performance-driven approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of the sales/discovery/qualification process.

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
