Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Growth Strategist to join our team in Lisbon. As an integral part of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through innovative strategies and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary focus will be on delivering sales opportunities and qualified pipeline contributions through innovative outbound and inbound prospecting methods. You will develop territory and account strategies to create meaningful outreach, partner with Sales, Marketing, Industry Leadership, and Business Development peers to evolve and adapt, cultivate a deep understanding of your target market, and drive innovation through creative prospecting techniques.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of business development/lead generation/sales experience, preferably in SaaS or Tech.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Dutch, and French.
  • Expertise in connecting and engaging decision-makers across multiple channels.
  • Customer-centric with a performance-driven mindset.
  • Thirst to learn and challenge yourself – Business Development is not an easy ride.
  • Proactive and self-reliant, taking initiative in actions.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of the sales/discovery/qualification process.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is around €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer uncapped time off policy, remote working opportunities, and Global Wellbeing Days when the whole company can switch off and prioritize well-being.
