Our team is passionate about innovation and technology, and we are looking for a talented Business Growth Strategist to join us in Lisbon. As a key member of our growth team, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across all our marketing channels.
The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our business. As a Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive growth strategies across multiple channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, and new market entries.
You will work closely with our product, operations, and revenue teams to ensure that growth initiatives are aligned with overall company objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute scalable growth strategies across multiple channels.
- Lead and scale high-performing growth teams, fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Drive customer acquisition through paid media, SEO, email marketing, and other digital channels, ensuring a high ROI.
- Enhance customer retention and lifetime value through CRM, loyalty programs, and personalised marketing efforts.
- Leverage analytics and data to track performance, optimise campaigns, and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
- 7+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record in driving significant business growth.
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans, while also being able to execute tactically and drive day-to-day results.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven experience in leading and scaling high-performing teams, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and results.
- Deep understanding of customer behaviour and experience in creating customer-centric growth strategies.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
As a Business Growth Strategist at Indie Campers, you can expect a competitive salary of €85,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on your experience.
