Job Title: Revenue Growth Strategist

Salary: $120,000 per year

The Revenue Growth Strategist is responsible for overseeing Revenue Management activities to maximize total revenues and profit associated with guest rooms, spas, and restaurants. This position involves balancing financial objectives of different hotel units to ensure optimal pricing, positioning, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing strategy development and implementation
  • Inventory management and control
  • Demand forecasting and revenue analysis
  • Sales strategy development and communication
  • Maintenance of productive relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Revenue Management
  • In-depth understanding of tools such as spreadsheets and statistical methods for analyzing data
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the hospitality industry
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to use PMS, reservation, and revenue management systems to forecast and implement optimal strategies
  • A "Can-do" attitude
