Drive Regional Growth with Indie Campers
As a Growth Strategist at Indie Campers, you will play a crucial role in driving regional growth by optimizing the number of nights searched on our website, reducing the cost per night sold, and managing the cost of sales (COS) as a percentage of revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement growth strategies to increase the number of nights searched on our website
- Monitor and reduce the cost per night sold while maintaining high service quality
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to nights searched on the website, cost per night sold, and COS as a percentage of revenue
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive dynamics
- Collaborate with regional teams to align growth initiatives with HQ goals
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation to drive growth
- Assist in managing budgets and financial performance to achieve growth and profitability targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Up to 3 years of experience in a growth/marketing role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in growth and performance tracking software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
