Drive Regional Growth with Indie Campers

As a Growth Strategist at Indie Campers, you will play a crucial role in driving regional growth by optimizing the number of nights searched on our website, reducing the cost per night sold, and managing the cost of sales (COS) as a percentage of revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement growth strategies to increase the number of nights searched on our website
  • Monitor and reduce the cost per night sold while maintaining high service quality
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to nights searched on the website, cost per night sold, and COS as a percentage of revenue
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive dynamics
  • Collaborate with regional teams to align growth initiatives with HQ goals
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and innovation to drive growth
  • Assist in managing budgets and financial performance to achieve growth and profitability targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Up to 3 years of experience in a growth/marketing role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in growth and performance tracking software and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
