With over one million nights rented through our platform, we've welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. We offer a comprehensive range of road trip possibilities, including short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales.

The Role

We're seeking a talented Growth Specialist to drive regional growth by optimizing nights offered, reducing cost per night sold, and managing cost of sales as a percentage of revenue. You'll analyze market trends, implement growth strategies, and collaborate with various teams to achieve regional growth targets.

You'll join our Western Europe regional team, reporting directly to the Revenue Manager. Your role will involve:

  • Developing and implementing growth strategies to increase nights offered in the region.
  • Monitoring and reducing cost per night sold while maintaining high service quality.
  • Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators related to nights offered, cost per night sold, and cost of sales as a percentage of revenue.
  • Conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive dynamics.
  • Collaborating with the regional team and HQ office to align growth initiatives with regional goals.
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement and innovation to drive regional growth.
  • Assisting in managing regional budgets and financial performance to achieve growth and profitability targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in a growth/marketing role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in growth and performance tracking software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with French and Spanish being highly desirable.
