Job Description
We're seeking a seasoned Chief Revenue Officer to lead our revenue growth strategy and drive us from €10M to €50M in 3 years. As CRO, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing a revenue-generating machine that exceeds our revenue and profitability goals.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a revenue strategy that aligns all revenue-related departments (marketing, sales, RevOps, customer success) and improves our pace of execution.
- Explore new business models, pricing strategies, and potential partnerships to drive growth.
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify key insights and opportunities for impactful growth.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that ensures the company exceeds its revenue and profitability goals.
- Implement revenue forecasting and monitoring.
Requirements:
You'll need exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of scaling businesses from 10M to 50M and beyond. You should have a deep understanding of revenue functions, game-changing offers, and inspiring leadership that maximizes team potential.
