Job Summary
Bluethrone is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Strategist - Gaming and Interactive Media to join our team. As a key member of our monetization team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our portfolio of B2C mobile apps.

With over 50 million downloads, we specialize in turning underperforming apps into market leaders. Our mission is to elevate iOS and Android applications to new heights, with an impressive $10M ARR achieved in just 36 months.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement dynamic in-app events, promotions, and content tailored to maximize monetization opportunities within our apps in the social, music, and interactive spaces.
• Run A/B tests and experiments to validate and optimize monetization strategies, leveraging user analytics, behavioral insights, and rigorous testing methods to drive continuous revenue growth.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to optimize user lifetime value (LTV) based on experimental findings, identifying, developing, and implementing monetization opportunities, including in-app purchases, limited-time offers, subscription upsells, and advertising placements.
• Establish and refine monetization protocols and best practices, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all apps through continuous experimentation and analysis of revenue performance, user spending behavior, and conversion metrics.

Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in designing and running A/B tests and experiments related to monetization and user engagement in gaming or B2C mobile apps.
• Proven expertise in applying monetization techniques and leveraging experimentation to drive revenue in non-gaming apps such as social, music, or analytics apps.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think strategically about monetization opportunities and align them with business goals, using experimental evidence to support decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate across teams and present experimental insights and strategies effectively.
