Sales Target

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team in Portugal. Your primary responsibility will be to drive growth and expand our Applied Business in the region, focusing on residential, commercial, and industrial areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and promote the Daikin Applied brand, with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Work closely with colleagues and customers to identify new business opportunities and provide support to achieve agreed-upon sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, legislation, and industry developments to ensure our business remains competitive.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or master's in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a strong understanding of complete water systems and their application.
  • Extensive knowledge of the market and industry sector, as well as the ability to maintain a deep market knowledge and anticipate changes.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, with excellent communication skills.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in sales and/or applied product management.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
