We are seeking an experienced Cyber Protection Growth Strategist to drive the expansion of our Managed Service Providers (MSPs) platform. This is a key role that will focus on accelerating growth, improving customer experience, and driving cross-functional teams to optimize partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement growth strategies to drive adoption, retention, and platform usage among MSPs through customer acquisition, partner success, and feature adoption.
- Design targeted initiatives to attract new MSPs, streamline onboarding, and collaborate with marketing for impactful campaigns.
- Enhance customer lifetime value (LTV) via engagement, education, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities tailored for MSP clients.
- Conduct data-driven tests (e.g., feature rollouts, pricing models) and optimize platform performance using analytics.
- Monitor key metrics like cost per acquisition (CPA), churn rate, adoption rates, and monthly recurring revenue (MRR) to guide decisions.
- 5+ years as a B2B Product Manager, ideally in SaaS, MSPs, or IT services.
- Proven track record driving growth in subscription-based B2B models, with familiarity in MSP operations and challenges.
- Strong grasp of B2B growth metrics (CPA, LTV, MRR, churn) and experience using tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce; SQL knowledge is a bonus.
- Customer-centric approach: skilled in leveraging customer feedback and data to inform product decisions and prioritize impactful initiatives.
- Exceptional communicator and team leader, experienced in aligning cross-functional teams on growth goals.
