**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to drive partner acquisition, engagement, and retention for our platform designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). As the Lead Product Manager for Growth, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, running data-driven experiments, and driving cross-functional teams to optimize the partner and customer experience, ensuring MSPs derive maximum value from our solution.

**Responsibilities**

  • Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to drive adoption, retention, and platform usage among MSPs through customer acquisition, partner success, and feature adoption.
  • Customer Acquisition & Activation: Design targeted initiatives to attract new MSPs, streamline onboarding, and collaborate with marketing for impactful campaigns.
